BBMG Jincheng Real Estate: A Fusion of Culture and Modernity

W and B Design Team's Award-Winning Landscape Design Inspired by Chinese Folk Culture

The project's location, Xuhang, is renowned for its Chinese folk culture and art. The design team's mission was to infuse this local culture and history into a modern setting. The result is a landscape design that stands out for its unique properties. Using reflective water surfaces and glossy material finishes, the designers created a sense of 'openness' and relaxation within the space.

The landscape area spans 35,000 square meters, with a feature wall and waterfall greeting visitors at the public street. The sound of the water, combined with the grand view through the project gateway, provides a memorable arrival experience. The prominent vestibule welcomes guests with a view of the corneal art in the center of the hall and a water feature, creating a design statement that suggests wisdom within the room.

As one moves through the space, a new water view appears, further enhancing the feeling of openness. The final destination offers an open lawn with lounge seating, providing an environment for friends to meet. Natural light and shadow complement the openness and comfort of the space, becoming a key point of the project design.

The project started in March 2019 and was completed in December of the same year. The design process involved learning about the local culture and finding ways to incorporate cultural elements into the project. The challenge was to fuse the native culture with modern day life in a way that allows people to feel the culture and live relaxed.

BBMG Jincheng Real Estate's design mission was a success, as evidenced by the project's accolades. It was awarded the Golden A' Landscape Planning and Garden Design Award in 2021, a prestigious recognition granted to outstanding and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom.
